This painting was created in the Fall as a prototype for the Winter Series and an experimentation in an earth tone palette.
I wanted to create something that gave a vibe and sense of strength, which I feel the textures do. The color palette of earth tones, represent my love affair with the earth and how we all need to be warriors for what I believe is a sentient entity. We can only protect the earth from a place of love and we should approach it that way.
